Robert Rhett Sansbury III, a native of Myrtle Beach, SC, attended Clemson University, and graduated cum laude in 2005 with a B.A. in Language and International Trade. After graduation, he attended The University of South Carolina School of Law, and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2008. During law school, Robert was a member of the John Belton O'Neil Inn of Court, the Dean's List, and served as both President of the Criminal Law Society and Secretary of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, in 2007, he was honored by his Mock Trial team and coach with the Judge Joseph F. Anderson "Best Advocate" award. During law school, Robert worked at the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, the Horry County Solicitor's Office, and the South Carolina Judicial Department. Following law school, Robert served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Roger M. Young, South Carolina Circuit Judge. After his judicial clerkship, he joined the John Price Law Firm, LLC in 2009, and currently practices in the areas of personal injury, auto accidents, dog bites, products liability, medical negligence and criminal defense. In his free time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, exercising, playing with his Labrador Retriever "Booker", and spending time with his family and friends.
