John Price has practiced since 1985, serving as a state prosecutor in Charleston County Solicitor’s Office before founding John Price Law Firm, LLC in 1989. An experienced litigator, he has served as President of the Charleston Art of Trial Advocacy workshop for Charleston area lawyers. John Price also serves as president of the Palmetto Touchdown Club, an academic scholarship and booster club.

Bobby Phipps has practiced since 1993 and joined John Price Law Firm, LLC in 1998. He principally practices at the Summerville, SC office.

Danny Wilson has practiced since 1995 and joined the firm in 2006. Working chiefly from the North Charleston office, he handles Workers’ Compensation, job injury, third-party liability, and general personal injury. Attorney Wilson's past experience includes representing auto insurance companies and workers compensation insurance companies. He now uses this valuable experience in helping injured people.

Jennifer Stark practices in medical negligence, employment rights, and personal injury.  Attorney Stark principally practices in the Mt. Pleasant office.  Sabrina Owen recently joined John Price Law Firm, LLC to focus on general personal injury claims.
